The eGOVERNET project launches the eGOV Ambassadors Network
The eGOVERNET project launches the eGOV Ambassadors Network and presents
the European eGovernment Research Programme Framework at the Conference
on
11th February. On the 12th February eGOVERNET arranges an Interest Group
meeting and issue a Proposal for future cooperation in the field of e-government
research management.

e-Government Conference 11th February 2008, Brdo, Slovenia
During the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of EU the Ministry of Public Administration is organizing European conference on e-Government. The conference is designed at high-level IT experts from public administration, universities and industry. The focus of the conference will be on the policy priorities of the Slovenian presidency in e-Government, which are: interoperability, e-participation and e-inclusion, and reduction of administrative burden.
